By making your purchases from our online store, you have the right to return the products you bought and receive a refund or request their replacement. For the return to be accepted by our store, the products must not be damaged, worn or soiled, and must have each company’s label and the purchase receipt. All the products sent from us have been thoroughly checked for any defects, to avoid unnecessary transport and, therefore, have been sent to you in excellent condition.
In case the product packaging has been opened, and the product has been used, you cannot return it.
You have the right to return the product you bought to us within 14 calendar days and receive a refund of the amount you payed including the original shipping cost. In other case, it will not be possible to accept the change from our store.
In case of change of the product due to our store’s fault, the shipping costs are free. I.e. in terms of colour or design we did not assimilate correctly in your order by mistake, we will send you the design ordered initially without additional charge.
In case you want to change a product because you did not like it or regret it, you bear the shipping costs based on the charges of Geniki Taxidromiki and Courier Center, which are our partners.
ATTENTION: Seasonal products such as, e.g. Easter candles, New Year charms, or beach bags can only be changed with the same category products.
